4.) Travelers can't idle for more than 20 minutes. After that, you get kicked. Simple, right?

5.) To get upgraded from Traveler to Settler, you must ~FireflyBot and be a regular in the room.

6.) No spamming. First offense gets a warning. Second offense makes you a Reaver, no matter what your previous privclass. Simple as that.
